Shane agreeably let Breanna out his hold, dropping his arm back to his side. He watched his girlfriend for a moment, then looked in the direction of the door when it opened. Melody leaned back into Tim as she listened to Holly. It had come back naturally, the feeling of his arms around her, just knowing he was there. She turned in his arms now, though, pouting at him. "Will you please explain to them I don't like parties?" she whined teasingly, thinking of her Birthday party, which had been one of the last times she'd gotten to be together with the whole group before finding out she'd be moving.
Shane glanced to Melody, brown eyes amused. "You've made it plenty clear. But a movie alone is hardly a party. Though I could see Holly adding dinner on too," he said, with a smile at Holly. Carlisle's lips tightened at Shane's obvious affection for his girlfriend - even though he knew it was only brother-sisterly - and looked down to hide any emotion. Alex looked up at the sound of jogging footsteps, smiling brilliantly when she saw it was Houston. "Hey," she greeted the boy, closing her eyes when he kissed her forehead. She opened them when he started to pulled back and teasingly scowled at him. "Now wait a minute," she said, raising an eyebrow slightly.

Tim pursed his lips, looking like he was trying to think of the best explanation with his brows slightly furrowed, his eyes on the girl in his arms. "She no like party." He said comically, shying from Holly's annoyed glance at his 'caveman' talk. The boy simpley grinned, winking at the blonde. "We speak English - Timmy." She teased, recieving a scowl sent her way. Shrugging, the blonde looked to Shane.
"I don't know if we ahve enough food...I can always...OH!" She delighted, you could almost see the lightbulb light up above her. The blonde set her snack aside, passing Carlisle and taking a hold of his arm as she skipped out the door to the garage, going to the fridge located there. She stood before it, hands on her hips and her lips pursed, perusing the items inside, nearly forgetting Carlisle was with her.
Houston chuckled softly, "I thought you'd want to join the others, but whatever." He muttered the last part with his lips nearly to her's before pressing them to her's, constricting his hold on her. His stomach filled with butterflies again, the way it always did when he was with Alex. Pulling back slowly and reluctantly, the freshman locked his brown gaze with that of the girl in his arms. "Good enough for you? You know I always want to satisfy you." His eyes glimmered with affection that was held soley for her.

Melody slapped Tim's chest lightly at his improper grammar. Holly beat her to saying something verbally, but once she did, she whirled in Tim's arms, probably partially breaking his grip on her. "Oh Holly, no more encroaching on my territory. It's my job to drive him crazy by calling him Timmy," she teased, though there was just a hint of seriousness buried deep in her tone. Shane looked up to Holly once more with innocent brown eyes, then raised an eyebrow at her last exclamation. He looked to Breanna to see if she had anymore of an idea as to what was going on that he did.
Carlisle was whipped around when Holly grabbed his arm, but followed the blonde girl completely willingly. He glanced back at the kitchen once more as he followed Holly, then focused on where he was going. He watched Holly for a moment, then came up behind her, slipping his arms gently around his waist, resting his chin on her shoulder. He lifted it though to speak. "Anything worthy of cooking with? If not, we can go raid my kitchen," he teased softly. Lisle was in fact, an exceptional cook, but he wasn't sure if even Holly knew that about him, since she'd always cooked with his mom, not him.
Alex teasingly pouted when Houston spoke with his lips almost brushing hers. When he pressed his lips to hers, she returned the kiss with her green-blue eyes closed. When he pulled away she let him, and nodded. "I'm good now," she said lightly, bright smile lighting her lips. She pulled away from him and just took a hand, tugging him towards the kitchen, glancing back to be sure he was following.

Tim scowled at Melody, "No need to be territorial." He whispered in her ear so no one else would hear, Holly had dropped the subject, never being one who fancied small fights over nothing. Breanna looked equally confused as she met Shane's eyes with her's. "Don't ask me, I think she's becoming too much like Kenzie, a short attention span." The freshman looked amused anyways, getting the rest of Holly's snack and starting to eat at it. The blonde wouldn't say anything while company was here, she never would.
Holly glanced behind her as she suddenly found she ahd four arms. Flashing a smile that melted into a concentrated look, the blonde looked back to the fridge. "I wouldn't want to do that to your family, deprive you of food." She teased, though underneath her words held what she felt for the family, they were like her own. Carlisle's parents were like her replacement seeing as her's were very far away and still a bit strained from their pretty daughter. Plus, his mom loved having a daughter in her life. Holly constantly went over to the Barton house to cook and just be with the family. "I can put in some - no. Well Houston can through on some chicken patties and burgers? But that's so typical huh? What about some...no. We had that two days ago. Would people like...but that's not a meal. It's a snack. Should I just make a bunch of snacks?" She finally put an end to her unfinished sentences and looked over her shoulder at the charming boy.
Houston smiled charmingly, "Good." He followed ehr willingly, tkaing his place on the counter again and noting the absence of both Holly and Lisle with mild curiousity. Breanna caught the boy's eye and jerked her head in the direction of the garage door making the boy nod with an 'oh' on his lips. Picking up the remainder of his snack, the boy dug in again, it becoming easier sicne it had melted a bit.

Melody looked at Tim with curiosity in her eyes. She hadn't really intended the undercurrent in her tone, so hadn't recognized it. "Huh?" she asked, blinking as she looked up at Tim. Shane smiled softly at Breanna when she answered his questioning look. He narrowed his eyes teasingly in accusation when his girlfriend stole Holly's snack and proceeded to start eating it. His brown eyes were still amused though as he looked down again.
Carlisle smiled softly, thinking of each member of his family. Andrew was just as much a brother as the rest of them, only more calm in the face of problems. His mother was the true parent, and in control of the boys despite her smaller height. Jack was the trouble-maker, and Sam was the peace-maker. The freshman boy let the girl in his arms ramble, not bothering to interupt her. When she finally finished a sentence, he smiled softly, kissing her lightly on the cheek and then the side of his head against hers gently. "Sure," he responded. He moved his head when she looked back at him, and stopped himself from kissing her on the lips. Though he was rather hoping for that, since they were alone.
Alex hopped up onto the counter next to Shane, annoying the junior by tosseling his curly brown hair. Shane ducked out from under her, but didn't move his position in the room. It took a lot for any of his friends to annoy him, despite his mercurial temperment at times. Alex glanced at Houston's snack, then looked away again. She wasn't hungry...especially if Holly was planning something, which seemed probably since she was currently absent.

Tim exhausted a laugh, "Nevermind." He whispered again before he returned to his full height, arms still around Melody where he felt they belonged. Breanna gulped the bite of snack down, eyes innocent as she held it out to Shane. "Did you want some?" She asked, innocent enough concidering the girls often shared food, a plate of something, a bowl of another. She walked over to stand beside him again, leaning against the counter with the frozen Capri Sun in her hand and the spoon in the other.
Holly blushed willingly where Carlisle's lips touched her cheek, she had come to tolerate the fact that she blushed around him...a lot. The blonde would've nodded, but she didn't want to disrupt the boy behind her. Instead, she closed the fridge door and turned to face him, slipping her arms loosely around his waist. "You know - this doesn't count as public." She challenged with a slight smirk on her lips. The girl knew he was just being wary of her whole issue with public affection, even though she'd loosened up the other day with her friends, it was impossible to say if she would be like that again...and she'd rater not test it with two teens who were still relativly new to the group.
Houston pursed his lips, finishing his treat and throwing the package away and tossing the spoon into the sink, he winked at Breanna who scowled at him. He'd finally made that shot and she owed him something within reason. "Choose it wisely." She muttered before taking another bit, sucking on it to get the flavor out before swallowing the remaining slushy ice. The dark-haired girl rolled her eyes as Alex ruffled her boyfriend's hair, though, she had to admit, that was very tempting...she loved curly hair for some reason.

Shane rolled his eyes at Breanna. "Uh, no thanks," he said, brown eyes glittering from suppressed laughter. He looked up from his shoes when the noticed Breanna once more at his side. With a smile, he slipped an arm loosely around her waist this time, making his hold on her easily breakable if she so chose. He was easy-going about when he got to hold Breanna, and when he didn't. He'd only pout teasingly now and then when she broke his hold. He loved the girl, and so she got her way with him nearly all the time.
Carlisle smiled at Holly's blush, hazel eyes amused. His smile changed into his crooked smile when she turned to face him, a light blush dusting his handsome features at her words. "You have no idea how good that sounds...and this feels," he said, the second part indicating her arms around his waist. With a grin, he pressed his lips to hers, kissing her soundly before he pulled back. "Well, that felt even better," he said lips almost brushing hers as he spoke, dirty-blone hair falling just partially into his hazel eyes.
Alex looked between Breanna and Houston with confusion, while Shane opted from just looking at Breanna with a raised eyebrow. After Alex had tosseled his hair, Shane tossed his head to get it back out of his eyes. "How many times do I have to tell you? No one touches the hair," he snapped, though his tone was still evidently teasing. Alex just shrugged as if to say 'like I care'. Shane smiled softly and looked down to Breanna. "What was that eye roll for?" he asked, still teasing. He was in a good mood today. He'd finish recording everything tonight - a job well done.

Breanna shrugged casually, "More for me." She grinned, taking a satisfied bite. The small teen looked up to Shane, giving him a close-lipped smile before her eyes returned to her snack. She felt her stomach growl and she scowled, shushing it absent-mindedly. "Holly'd better hurry up and get some food ready." She mumbled, drawing amused chuckles from Tim and Houston. Both boys looked at her briefly, both looking away quickly at the slight galre thay'd received.
Holly blushed again, re-doing the light rose color from before, at his crooked smile, the one that never failed to make her blush. "Hmm, only because I love you." She let out a sweet smile, lighting up her angelic smile. The blonde happily kissed him back, tightening her arms a little bit before letting him pull back with a small pout on her pretty features. "I can't say I disagree." the girl acted mock-sad with a slight pout on her features, though her eyes still glimmered.
Breanna looked innocently up at Shane, "What?" She asked, tilting her head to one side before nearly choking on a bite of her iced Capri Sun at his words to Alex. "Like she would listen." She coughed, adding a few coughs afterwards for comical effect, drawing a few low chuckle from both Houston and Tim. "Nothing." The small freshman added a slightly mischeivious and small smile to the one word.

Shane rolled his eyes at Breanna's words, soft smile letting his amusement out partially. The junior glanced in the direction of the garage, then back to Breanna with a sly smile on his lips. "Let's not hurry her...them." He glanced at Tim and Houston when they recieved at glare from Breanna, biting his lower lip against a full smile. He used to be the one who recieved the most glares...and he still got his fare share, but generally she relented into a smile.
Carlisle smiled brightly after pulling his lips from Holly's. "Love you too. And in that case..." With a mischevious sparkle in his eyes, he pressed his lips once more to Holly's, kissing her deeply but sweetly. He'd proven that he wasn't just into Holly for her looks a long time ago, so he wasn't precisely afraid of Holly shoving him away. He didn't get to kiss her all that often. He pulled away reluctantly. "Personally, food sounds good. And I doubt I'm the only one of that notion," he said, refocusing his thoughts on why the pair had originally gone into the garage.
Shane laughed. "You stole my question," he said, bright smile gracing his lips and lighting up his brown eyes. Alex smiled innocently. "Of course I wouldn't listen." Shane rolled his eyes before looking to Breanna. He narrowed his eyes at her, eyebrows pulling together. "What?" he asked again, not trusting her when she got that look in her eyes. Melody took a sip of the Coke that was still in her hands - half forgotten - keeping her gaze down.
